Last amended on January 18, 2024, our Constitution guides the governance of our organization and is officially recognized by UGA's department of Engagement, Leadership, and Service. Members seeking to propose an amendment to the Constitution are encouraged to contact the President to discuss their proposal and its implications, prior to following the amendment procedures outlined in Article XII, below.
