Kidney Disease Awareness Month Speaker
Hosted by the Chronic Disease State Committee in coordination with GSHP, we are excited to welcome Dr. Erika Meredith! Dr. Meredith is a solid organ transplant pharmacist at Emory University Hospital, with a focus on kidney and pancreas transplants. She will educate members on what a solid organ transplant pharmacist does, and present types of clinical scenarios she encounters.
